Monday the 24th of September at 5pm is the deadline for making submissions to An Bord Pleanála on the South Dublin County Council & Coillte plans for what is known as the Dublin Mountains Project for the Hellfire Club & Masseys Wood nearby. The plan is one dreamed up by the council and will cost € 19 million of taxpayer money i.e. collected property tax etc for what is basically a bit of a white-elephant project that will damage the environment, limit public access and charge a fee for what is now free and is expected to run at a loss for at least first 3 years, but yet the private contractors running it will be "insulated" from losses. In essence the project will put an valuable amenity that is in public hands effectively into private hands and give them a license to milk the public forever on it. If this gets through, it will be replicated all over the country in that arrogant and greed driven way we are all familiar with from the Celtic Tiger days and again today.

Baliffs, hired thugs and Garda try
to force their way in. Later they turn violent.

A massive eviction is underway in Dublin. It is at the complex of occupied houses and former factory spaces in Grangegorman. Reports indicate that at 7am in the morning a very large number of private security angle grinder their way through one of the metal gates, invaded the area en massed and are erecting barriers (pictured) inside and trying to evict the occupants.

In 2012 public opposition forced the ditching of a plan for a "retirement village" on the side of the Dublin mountains, isolated from services and public transport and cut off by the M50, in an area normally zoned for agriculture and public amenity and widely used by the public. A previous plan for a private school on the site had been rejected for similar reasons in 2005. After the local elections the plan is back in a lightly tweaked form, with the developer's sister among a number of newly elected councillors supporting the project.

The Euro and local council elections take place on Fri May 23rd and nationwide there are 11 MEPs to be elected to represent Ireland Euro elections will also be taking place across Europe for a grand total of 751 seats in the European Parliament. Regrettably the European Commission which is composed of 28 non-elected and appointed commissioners and is besieged by thousands of lobbying firms working for the private sector, is probably reckoned to have more power. Yet despite this Europe matters because at least 70% of our legislation comes from there and practically most of the regulation in a diverse range of areas originates from Europe and some of the more background regulation has its origins with corporate lobbyists with the aim of using heavy regulation to put smaller competitors out of businesses by greatly increasing the relative costs for smaller businesses. The main political parties of Fianna Fail and Fine Gael constantly tell us they are pro business and for jobs and the economy. In fact they are for big business, privatisation, outsourcing of jobs, lower wages, less social safety net and their support of big business and corporations constantly results in the suffocating of small business which are the very areas that lead to most employment.

textEscalating Europoean Constitutional Crisis Under Article 2 Of The Treaty Of Europe Jan 31 19:00 by Eugene Cafferky 0 comments

High Court Order No. 2021 / 2308P Exposes an Escalating European Constitutional Crisis under Article 40.1 of the Constitution and Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. The State failed to Defend in Constitutional Case No. 2021 / 2308P as there is NO Defence against Article 40.1 / Art.2.

The Case Challenged all Court Summons and Orders as being unconstitutional under Article 40.1 and Article 2. The Order also exposes the fact that the DPP is NOT entitled to Prosecute while they ignore H.C. Order No. 2006 / 1114P which was Validated by the Supreme Court in Order No. 334 / 2007 and means that like the DPP , all 450 Million E.U. Citizens are IMMUNE to Court ORDERS as that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 40.1 and Article 2.

This S.C. Case Law is being used by Lay Litigants to Terminate Mortgage Arrears Litigation by Banks and Vultures with 100% success. There is additional S.C. Case Law No. 308 / 2009 which means that 450 million E.U. Citizens do NOT have to Defend in any Court Case and the Court MUST RULE in their FAVOUR , that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. We have requested that Ursula Von Der Leyen send a Legal Observer to H.C. Constitutional Case No. 2017 / 8031P as the Case involves S.C. Order No. 308 / 2009 which has DISSOLVED every Court in the E.U. due to the power of Article 2. Lay Litigants are Prosecuting Perjury by multiple State Solicitors , suing Judges who loose their Privilege when they ignore the Constitution and Article 2 , also , suing Gardai personally as an arrest is now a Kidnapping and False Imprisonment , Gardai work under the DPP who is powerless.

Ireland_Housing_Action_Spin_on_meetng.jpg imagevideoIrish Far Left Meltdown: Meeting Falls Apart And Journalist Assaulted Jun 08 00:21 by Indy 0 comments

The Far Left both in Ireland and elsewhere completely abandoned all principles they ever had by supporting lockdowns and denying bodily integrity during the Covid crisis. In many cases they supported the Zero Covid policy which would have led to further destruction of lives through lockdowns. It is widely acknowledged the lockdowns were ineffective and counter productive and hit the disadvantaged and poor the most, the very people, the working class that the Left purports to give a voice too. Not only that Lockdowns were used to strip all of us of our rights and freedom, in other words our basic human rights which the Left apparently fought for over the years. Worse still the Left has always promoted itself on a platform of women's rights and yet during lockdowns it is widely acknowledged that domestic violence increased greatly. Despite all of this the Left supported them. Lastly during the decades the Left has spent campaigning for abortion their central platform has always being bodily integrity. Yet when people -the very ones they claim to speak for, were often coerced and intimidated into taking the deadly vaccine or else loose their job, they never spoke out against it. This was against a backdrop of the entire media establishment cheer leading for it -the very same media the Left has so rightly criticizied in the past. Yet this time they sided with them.

In short the Left during Covid sold out on everything they stood for and it was against this backdrop the some people attended the local community meeting with speakers from the Socialist Party and others to ask if they were so concerned about workers where why weren't they concerned when many had gone through economic hardship and lost their jobs during Covid. And importantly would they support more lockdowns and the plan of the government to sign the WHO pandemic treaty which will strip us of any sovereignty.

As you can see these questions were too uncomfortable and instead resorted to the media tactic of accusing them using the same old tired cliches used by the mainstream media.

riseup_feb27_2021_st_stephens_green_dublin.jpg imageRiseUp Éireann invites Everyone to come to this social gathering in Stephens Green Dublin ... Feb 10 23:45 by unite the tribes 1 comments

RiseUp Éireann, It’s time now to take action, peacefully for this social gathering.

RiseUp Éireann invites Everyone to come to this social gathering ...Uniting together, to create solutions to end Lockdown, & to come together peacefully, to celebrate life, claim our Freedom, with artistic expression through Culture & CommUnity.

Please share this event far & wide, invite everyone, help spread the message of Truth...

RiseUp Éireann was created as a response to create Solutions, to navigate the current draconian restrictions, that are being experienced on a worldwide scale.

The Irish Government has brought legislation in that goes against a democratic society, against Irelands constitution and more importantly, for RiseUp Eireann against inalienable human rights. Of which no Government has the right to remove. It’s crimes against humanity, & Tyranny.

We intend to use peaceful methods to express our voices for the type of society we wish to live in.

We do not promote violence and are non political & non religious. Spirituality & connection to God is welcome.

All welcome to Unite with RiseUp Éireann, & our extensive network.

Everyone welcome to be themselves, & to stand in their own beliefs, based on Truth, Integrity, Authenticity & Love.
RiseUp Éireann acknowledges that the world Governments are using psychological and germ warfare, with fear being their main weapon of choice.
We choose Love.

Due to the reluctance and active censorship of alternative narratives to the one they are expounding within their own literature and that of RTE the Governments media propaganda machine, we will utilise whatever means are available to get our message out. RiseUp will peacefully demonstrate through the arts.

2019devaneygardens.jpg imageO’Devaney Gardens- Sell Out On Public Land by FF, Greens and Labour Nov 07 00:31 by pbp 0 comments

Councilors from Fianna Fail, Green Party, Labour and Social Democrats have agreed to give land at O Devaney Gardens to Bartra Capital.

O Devaney Gardens was a working class flat complex on the edge of the Phoenix Park. For decades, it was run down by Dublin City Council and requests by tenants for proper maintenance were ignored.

Dublin City Council officials typically neglect inner city housing complexes in the hope that they can eventually move out the residents and turn them into posh private apartments.

The Fianna Fail-Green-Labour–Social Democrat coalition that run Dublin City Council complied with this disgraceful strategy.

Environmental group reacts to court ruling that grants Ryanair leave to participate in runway challenge

The High Court today allowed Ryanair to participate in a legal challenge being taken by Friends of the Irish Environment against Fingal County Council's decision to extend the permission granted in 2007 for a third runway at Dublin Airport. Ryanair, which originally opposed the third runway, now supports it and came to court claiming it had a financial interest in the runway going ahead.

FIE Director Tony Lowes commented: "We are deeply concerned that Ryanair, a company which denies the existence of climate change has now been accepted as a party to these proceedings. We are concerned that the court’s decision will skew the proceedings away from the environmental impacts of aviation towards commercial considerations.
