High Court Order No. 2021 / 2308P Exposes an Escalating European Constitutional Crisis under Article 40.1 of the Constitution and Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. The State failed to Defend in Constitutional Case No. 2021 / 2308P as there is NO Defence against Article 40.1 / Art.2.

The Case Challenged all Court Summons and Orders as being unconstitutional under Article 40.1 and Article 2. The Order also exposes the fact that the DPP is NOT entitled to Prosecute while they ignore H.C. Order No. 2006 / 1114P which was Validated by the Supreme Court in Order No. 334 / 2007 and means that like the DPP , all 450 Million E.U. Citizens are IMMUNE to Court ORDERS as that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 40.1 and Article 2.

This S.C. Case Law is being used by Lay Litigants to Terminate Mortgage Arrears Litigation by Banks and Vultures with 100% success. There is additional S.C. Case Law No. 308 / 2009 which means that 450 million E.U. Citizens do NOT have to Defend in any Court Case and the Court MUST RULE in their FAVOUR , that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. We have requested that Ursula Von Der Leyen send a Legal Observer to H.C. Constitutional Case No. 2017 / 8031P as the Case involves S.C. This explosive story from the DailyExpose.co.uk may be perhaps the most important story of the whole sad Covid affair for it explains a lot. Many who quickly saw through this Covid scamdemic were aware that the vast majority of deaths were in older people older than the national life expectancy despite media attempting and succeeding to make people believe much younger people were dying. However there was a real puzzle trying to explain why there was a spike in deaths in April if this was a scam considering in most years the annual spike occurs in mid Winter in January when vitamin D levels are at their lowest.

It now turns out we have the explanation and the evidence. In the UK and in Ireland at the start of the lockdown thousands of old people were booted out of hospital within hours and put into nursing homes where they no longer received the hospital care. Not only that, the UK government recommended the use of the end-of-life drug Midazolam (and used for executions in the US) which should be used with extreme care with old people and anyone with any sort of respiratory problems as it REDUCES breathing. The recommended dosage to use was 10 times higher than the maximum recommended limit for this age group. The DailyExpose also have the figures for the amount of Midazolam used and it matches the "Covid" death spike in April 2020 and the second spike in Jan 2021 which was used to prolong the lockdowns last winter.

In the case of Ireland the question is was Midazolam recommended too or was simply depriving the elderly of the sort of care they were getting in the hospitals and obviously not in the nursing home, enough to do the intended harm.

If you are on your way to get a vaccine then stop and listen to this first and take in and absorb what they are saying.

The only thing that remains is to press serious criminal charges and charges of scientific fraud on a whole range of medical "experts" and scientists, leading media figures and of course politicians who are driving this insane criminal destruction of our society and freedoms.

Recently in the Supreme Court, Kevin Tracey, a lay litigant, won two important cases against the Irish State and Courts Service. In one case [2016] he was co-prosecutor with his wife Karen, in the other [2019] he was alone. But for the sole reason that he was a lay litigant, he got no costs awarded for his time and labour. Only solicitors and barristers are allowed costs when they win. The rulings not to allow him costs for time and labour were made in the Supreme Court on 25 June 2021. Their hands are tied by Irish legislation. In Canada however lay litigants are awarded such costs. One of the reasons given for this by the Canadian judges was based on Equity. Kevin Tracey’s arguments based on Equity were not dealt with in the rulings - rather were completely ignored by the Supreme Court.

On Saturday night at 3:30am the man, Pat Sweeney, who filmed Garda breaking up a mass in a church in Athlone just one week ago, was woken by Garda at the end of his bed to find they were taking him to Longford Garda station there and then because they were "concerned" about his health. It turns out they were using powers under the Mental Health Act to imply he was not well and that his kids were somehow at risk. In the video / audio of the event, you can hear the Garda say in response to his question -"where are my kids" -that they are being taken into care by TUSLA who have farmed them out to someone else.

This is a new low for the government and represents a scandalous abuse of power to target a man who happened to expose their evil and criminal ways the previous week. Thankfully the video of this event has gone viral but not anywhere on mainstream media.
