High Court Order No. 2021 / 2308P Exposes an Escalating European Constitutional Crisis under Article 40.1 of the Constitution and Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. The State failed to Defend in Constitutional Case No. 2021 / 2308P as there is NO Defence against Article 40.1 / Art.2.

The Case Challenged all Court Summons and Orders as being unconstitutional under Article 40.1 and Article 2. The Order also exposes the fact that the DPP is NOT entitled to Prosecute while they ignore H.C. Order No. 2006 / 1114P which was Validated by the Supreme Court in Order No. 334 / 2007 and means that like the DPP , all 450 Million E.U. Citizens are IMMUNE to Court ORDERS as that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 40.1 and Article 2.

This S.C. Case Law is being used by Lay Litigants to Terminate Mortgage Arrears Litigation by Banks and Vultures with 100% success. There is additional S.C. Seymour Hersh the veteran US investigate journalist who in the past broke many major stories from the Watergate, CIA Assassinations, My Lai Massacre, Israeli nuclear weapons, Abu Ghraib, Syrian False Flag Chemical Weapon, Killing Bin Laden. And now he strikes again with an article on how the Americans carried out the destruction of the Russian-German Nordstream I and II pipelines.

Nordstream I was supplying the German economy with huge quantities of gas and Nordstream II which had been completed but not yet put into action was permanently put of action by the sabotage. This forced Germany to buy far more expensive liquidified natural gas, making their industry far less competitive and cutting off any reapproachment with Russia. The US government had repeatedly tried to block the construction of NordStream II and had stated one way or another it would not go ahead. Yet when the pipeline was blown up, Germany did nothing and took in lying down. An once proud nation reduced to an obedient subservient vassal state

In Hersh's article which he published on his substack because mainstream media has long ceased to carry any truth and this was the most effective way to get the story out, documents step by step on how they planned, implemented and carried out the attack. The consequence of this news story have rippled around the world but not in the collective West that have done their level best to make sure the news was not reported. The opening paragraph begins:

On Dec 13th 2022, Andrew Bridgen UK MP finally had enough and decided he could no longer stay silent and gave a speech in the British Parliament. You read that right. The EU has done all the legal work to allow crushed and powdered insects -namely house Crickets to be mixed in with all sorts of food ingredients and a soon as next week, Jan 24th it can start being used in foods like breads, pastas, soups, meats, snacks, chocolates, beers and a whole host of products.

Much of this is all under the guise of saving the planet and eating less meat but it is nothing of the sort and is simply a plan to get the plebs to eat from the bottom of the food chain while the rich and powerful will continue to dine on steaks as the whiz from one conference to the next around the world in their private jets.

The German state then sentenced her to three years in prison without trial for interviewing Ukrainian citizens in the Donbas. KilkennyPress have carried a story on Nov 5th titled: ‘Kilkenny Sudden Deaths Are Frightening’ backed up with figures where they finally report that people are noticing the large increase in sudden deaths and it is getting very difficult to ignore.

As is the case else where in the media nobody wants to say what the real cause is and they would rather speculate it is a mystery. The KillkennyPress article figures show ere is the opening paragraphs of the Killkenny report overall deaths in Co Kilkenny were up 30.4% for July to October 2022 compared to July to October 2019 (Pre Covid for comparison).
