High Court Order No. 2021 / 2308P Exposes an Escalating European Constitutional Crisis under Article 40.1 of the Constitution and Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. The State failed to Defend in Constitutional Case No. 2021 / 2308P as there is NO Defence against Article 40.1 / Art.2.

The Case Challenged all Court Summons and Orders as being unconstitutional under Article 40.1 and Article 2. The Order also exposes the fact that the DPP is NOT entitled to Prosecute while they ignore H.C. Order No. 2006 / 1114P which was Validated by the Supreme Court in Order No. 334 / 2007 and means that like the DPP , all 450 Million E.U. Funeral home director John O’Looney (UK) was interviewed by Maria Zeee (Australia) yesterday, where he discussed that hospitals were directly cremating babies who allegedly died after a COVID vaccine, most of them prenatal, rather than going to a funeral home. This part starts at about 15 mins into the interview.

He states that he has never seen anything like this in his professional career as a funeral director, and that the only reason as to why hospitals were doing this was to prevent this information from reaching the public.

Mr. O’Looney became a whistleblower early on in the vaccine roll outs, as he had bury so many young, previously healthy people in their early to mid-20s shortly after receiving COVID-19 vaccines, and his embalmer was seeing things in the arteries of those who were vaccinated that he had never seen previously.

A woman in Co. Mayo who had an asthma attack and went to Mayo hospital was sedated after entering hospital and then put in the Covid ward, placed in an induced coma and put on a ventilator. This was against her wishes and instructions because she had given her sister power of attorney before entering hospital.

Despite this the corrupt management at the hospital threw here two sisters off the hospital grounds at 4am and denied her instructions. There appears to be a sinister policy to maintain the Covid fear and bump up the hospitalization and death statistics.

On Aug 3rd last two were killed after a bus went out of control and hit a pedestrian on Cork road. Subsequently it was discovered the bus driver who also died had a heart attack.

UK Column was recently able to interview top French vaccine expert Professor Christian Perronne on the subject of Covid-19 vaccines and Dr. Anne-Marie Yim.

This is probably one of the most devastating interviews on the whole Covid scam for it covers how the government and medical bureacrats imposed polices on doctors last year to NOT intervene or treat Covid patients and to tell them only to come into hospital 12 days later when they were critical. The policy then was to put them on incubators. Subsequently it was discovered this was completely disasterious and was killing people. It certainly looks like this was planned to drive up the death rate which it did.

Then they briefly discuss how the PCR test generates 97% false positives at the cycle rate used in testing and how and why the variants like the delta variant are NOT dangerous and it is all scaremongering.

They also discuss how the vaccine is not a vaccine but is gene therapy and it is completely useless and dangerous. There is a lot more but if you have not watched anything so far outside of the mainstream then this is the one to watch and his blows everything apart. If you are on your way to get a vaccine then stop and listen to this first and take in and absorb what they are saying.

The only thing that remains is to press serious criminal charges and charges of scientific fraud on a whole range of medical "experts" and scientists, leading media figures and of course politicians who are driving this insane criminal destruction of our society and freedoms.

Recently in the Supreme Court, Kevin Tracey, a lay litigant, won two important cases against the Irish State and Courts Service. In one case [2016] he was co-prosecutor with his wife Karen, in the other [2019] he was alone. But for the sole reason that he was a lay litigant, he got no costs awarded for his time and labour. Only solicitors and barristers are allowed costs when they win. The rulings not to allow him costs for time and labour were made in the Supreme Court on 25 June 2021. Their hands are tied by Irish legislation. In Canada however lay litigants are awarded such costs. One of the reasons given for this by the Canadian judges was based on Equity. Kevin Tracey’s arguments based on Equity were not dealt with in the rulings - rather were completely ignored by the Supreme Court.

The key witness in a case the US govt has against Julian Assange and for which he could have faced a jail term of 175 years and the alleged reason why the British government have held him in a high security prison for the last two years, has come forward to admit it is all based on lies. The person is a fraudster but was briefly involved in raising money for Wikileaks and used the opportunity to embezzle money from them. The person in question is from Iceland. The whole saga reveals how the FBI used the Icelandic govt as part of their efforts to entrap Assange.

This news means there is no case anywhere against Assange and he should be released immediately. On Saturday night at 3:30am the man, Pat Sweeney, who filmed Garda breaking up a mass in a church in Athlone just one week ago, was woken by Garda at the end of his bed to find they were taking him to Longford Garda station there and then because they were "concerned" about his health. It turns out they were using powers under the Mental Health Act to imply he was not well and that his kids were somehow at risk. In the video / audio of the event, you can hear the Garda say in response to his question -"where are my kids" -that they are being taken into care by TUSLA who have farmed them out to someone else.

This is a new low for the government and represents a scandalous abuse of power to target a man who happened to expose their evil and criminal ways the previous week. Thankfully the video of this event has gone viral but not anywhere on mainstream media.
