This year's Good Friday walk in Kilcommon took place from Glengad to Aghoos along the L1202. This is the road beside Sruth Mhada Chonn estuary - where Shell intend to bore a tunnel to house 5km of the 8km planned onshore Corrib gas pipeline.

The New Yorker Magazine has revealed that the dissident Iranian opposition group Mujahideen-e-Khalq (M.E.K.) has been trained by the U.S. Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) since 2005 at a secret military site in Nevada. The author of the article, Seymour Hersh, recounts how Mohamed ElBaradei, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency told him that information supplied by the M.E.K in regard to Irans commencing enrichment of uranium at a secret underground location was given to them by Mossad.

On Monday 26th March all the GAMES stores were shutdown. Once again it is workers who have got the raw deal and in a re-run of the Vita Cortex workers the GAME shop workers have been left without any redundancy or any pay due to them for outstanding holidays or notice periods.

Well known crime journalist Paul Williams met with Kevin Tracey at Government Buildings today while the Dail debated for the last day the outfall of the Mahon Tribunal Report regarding corruption surrounding planning and involving high profile politicians such as ex Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Padraig Flynn. What still needs to be addressed is the unlawful stripping of a full legal planning permission from Kevin Tracey in Dublin. Not only was his legal planning permission taken away from him but he was severely and cruelly punished for standing up for his rights to retain it and build his new house.
