Jump To Comment: 1Seen the RTE news yesterday (10th July08) and how distressing it is for Irish Fishermen to dump part of their catch overboard, due to quotas. Politicians are only now looking as to how the shambles of the 1973 EEC agreement is destroying Irish Fishing livelihoods.
Now inland local fishermen will be run from local Irish lakes and rivers in the interest of "Tourism". When will politicians learn that if local people are continually pushed aside that the tide will turn on the Political Party in government?
Hopefully the Government will implement your findings before it is too late and more local and National Rights are given away.
