Paul Williams met with Kevin Tracey today as the Dail debates Planning Corruption

category international | crime and justice | news report author Thursday March 29, 2012 21:11author by Sam Malone Report this post to the editors

TIME TO SORT OUT ENDEMIC CORRUPTION IN IRISH LIFE

Well known crime journalist Paul Williams met with Kevin Tracey at Government Buildings today while the Dail debated for the last day the outfall of the Mahon Tribunal Report regarding corruption surrounding planning and involving high profile politicians such as ex Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Padraig Flynn. What still needs to be addressed is the unlawful stripping of a full legal planning permission from Kevin Tracey in Dublin. Not only was his legal planning permission taken away from him but he was severely and cruelly punished for standing up for his rights to retain it and build his new house.

Kevin Tracey has legitimately complained for years about the atrocious abuse he has been so wrongly subjected to by the gardai only since he obtained a full legal planning permission to build a new house next door to Judge Michael White, which was taken away from him when the Judge took a case through the courts. He has ample evidence that this same Judge instigated malicious prosecutions against him through his friends in the gardai, principally at Ballyfermot. In fact Kevin Tracey has proved in the District Court that over 31 prosecutions were maliciously concocted by the gardai, dpp and the courts service with the sole purpose of damaging him.

Further details of this terrible story are on WWW.CORRUPTIONINIRELAND.COM

Under current Irish Law Kevin Tracey is entitled to a full investigation under the Commission for Investigations Act. 2004.

Firstly, I'd like to state that I sincerely hope -- as a result of the initiative by all responsible for this Article -- that Mr Treacy will get the justice he deserves in connection with the "over 31 prosecutions (which) were maliciously concocted by the gardai, dpp and the courts service with the sole purpose of damaging him".

However, and unless there has VERY recently been some MAJOR change within the core workings of the Republic of Ireland Government, I don't believe there is the SLIGHTEST chance of Mr Treacy receiving justice in connection with his difficulties, through the use of: COMMISSIONS OF INVESTIGATION ACT 2004.

I've just had a very quick look at the text of this Act and notice the following statement under Part 2 3.- (1):

"Following a proposal made by a Minister with the approval of the Minister for Finance, the Government may, by order, establish ..." (Copied from http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2004/en/act/pub/0023/pri....html )

All of my ongoing experiences with the Republic of Ireland Government, which date back to 1998, very strongly suggest that "the Government" simply will NOT, under ANY circumstances, allow an investigation into a case of this type.

We have, and have had for years, a Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) which is criminally dedicated, and 100% supportive of COVERING UP Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) Crime: NOT investigating it.

Consider for example, that I am STILL waiting for a reply from Barrister John Glynn (Principal Lawyer at Patrick Hogan & Co, Ballinasloe, County Galway) to the registered letter I sent to him on April 3rd 2007.

A copy of the full text of the e-mail which formed the basis of the registered letter in question, together with a scanned copy of the associated Post Office registered letter receipt, can be viewed at the following location:
http://europeancourtofhumanrightswilliamfinnerty.com/Jo...r.htm

To date, I have not even received an acknowledgement of receipt from Ballinasloe Law Firm Patrick Hogan & Company for the registered letter referred to at the www address just above.

Similarly, regarding the closely associated registered letter I sent to former Chief Justice John L. Murray four months or so later (i.e. on August 28 2007), a scanned copy of which (plus associated Post Office receipt) can be viewed at:

there's another thread about this here.

Wtih reference to William Finnerty's contribution I must say that each and every case is very different. The case of Kevin Tracey involves persons in very senior positions in the Courts, DPP's Office and the Judiciary. There is a very clear thread of intention of malice throughout the horrific story of Kevin Tracey which can not be tolerated. With all due respect to William Finnerty, he can not decide whether or not this dreadful case will or will not be investigated.

With regard to Human Rights in Ireland they do not exist. Kevin Tracey and 3 other persons attended a scheduled meeting chaired by Dr Maurice Manning at the Offices of the Irish Human Rights Commission in Dublin on the 2nd November 2011. At this meeting a synopsis of breaches of Kevin Tracey's Human Rights was presented to Dr Manning. Dr Manning was visibly shocked with facts presented to him. Dr Manning confirmed at this meeting that the Irish Human Rights Commission is now dormant due to lack of funding. He did however confirm that when the Commission is refunded that the case of Kevin Tracey will be looked at. It is also important to recognise that Kevin Tracey and his wife attended the Commission office many times over the years seeking the assistance of the Commission. The Commission recognise this fact.

Tracey is a paranoid who sues 11 & 12 year old boys alleging that they were conspiring against him. Why haven'y you told us about that?

An action taken by a couple alleging that 23 defendants – including various members of the Garda Síochána, the DPP, the Attorney General, two judges and some neighbours, among them two small boys – had engaged in a conspiracy to breach their constitutional rights was dismissed as an abuse of the process of the court.

No mention of this.

The case had its origins in an incident in 2003 where two small boys were kicking a football in the street outside Kevin and Karen Tracey’s house and the ball hit their porch, without causing any damage. Mr Tracey took the ball and put it in his porch.

No mention of this.

In March 2004, Mr Tracey was charged with assault on the mother of one of the boys. He claimed this was orchestrated against him by Circuit Court Judge Michael White because of his complaint to the Garda Complaints Board.

In the District Court, Judge Michael Connellan convicted him on the assault charge and applied the Probation Act – meaning the court did not proceed to a formal conviction or impose any penalty.

Mr Tracey appealed that finding to the Circuit Court, which affirmed the District Court order

Now thats not nice.

This is really about a cranky man who takes the boys ball, assaults their mother and the sues them for conspiring against him.

clarence, we're clearly on the same wave length here and on the other thread.

even on a cursory glance, the "conspiracy" has more holes than a 10lb block of swiss cheese. it kind of annoys me that people act the tool, blame everyone they can for the consequences (including in this case children) and concoct an elaborate story that they are being persecuted by the state in the expectation that everyone else is stupid enough to believe it.

it annoys me even more that if there was someone out there who had a legitimate grievance against the state on anything near those fantastical grounds, there is a danger they could be put into the same crank category where this gentlemen currently resides

of course seeing as the norm is in disagreeing with punters of this kind means you become part of the conspiracy..... i'd better get back to contaminating the water supply with my mind altering drugs.

"Tracey is a paranoid who sues 11 & 12 year old boys alleging that they were conspiring against him. Why haven'y you told us about that?"

"In March 2004, Mr Tracey was charged with assault on the mother of one of the boys."

Assuming Kevin Treacy really has been subjected to criminal abuse by one or more members of our legal profession over a period of several years, as some people who seem to know him obviously believe to be the case, my lengthy research into such matters suggests that Kevin Treacy is not only very likely to be suffering from C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) as a direct result of such abuse, but that it would, as a matter of medical fact, be VERY surprising if he was not.

"Explosive anger" is one of the main and most common symptoms of C-PTSD: which may explain the "assault on the mother" situation (if true)?

"Hyper-vigilance" is another very common symptom of C-PTSD, and it is frequently -- and sometimes very slyly and very deliberately -- confused with "paranoia" by members of governments (executive, legislative, and judicial), and by members of legal professions, who wish to get away with their crimes (and keep on indulging themselves in such crime): which might explain the "Tracey is a paranoid" claim in this particular case.

More on the several ways that C-PTSD injuries (i.e. PSYCHOLOGICAL injuries, as opposed to the PHYSICAL injuries normally associated with physical criminal abuse) can be confused with mental illness -- deliberately and otherwise -- can be found at the following Internet page address (under the title "Differences between mental illness and psychiatric injury") :
http://www.bullyonline.org/stress/ptsd.htm#Differences

One further point relating to C-PTSD injuries, which I have absolutely "bags of" irrefutable evidence of in connection with my own particular case, is that the Republic of Ireland's legal profession -- from "head to toe" -- entirely refuses to take any account whatsoever of criminal abuse which results in C-PTSD injuries caused by our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial): even when many senior members of our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial), AND of our legal profession, are repeatedly presented -- again and again over a period of well over SIX YEARS -- with blindingly straightforward and clear WRITTEN EVIDENCE, signed by an experienced MEDICAL DOCTOR, of the presence of such criminal abuse; and, which includes, what many regard as the "king of crimes": mental torture (continuously sustained over a period of many years in my particular case, please note).

One of many examples of such C-PTSD related criminal abuse -- by members of our legal profession -- can be seen by the way former Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice Michael Mc Dowell COMPLETELY FAILED to do anything whatsoever to remedy the situation related to him in the letter dated November 7th 2005, written to him on my behalf by Northern Ireland Senior Social Worker Gerard Madden, which can be viewed at the following address:
http://www.constitutionofireland.com/GerardMadden7Novem...r.htm

Finally, some readers might be interested to know that I have again attempted (yesterday) to bring the whole, and very much larger, wider, and deeper matter of criminal legal abuse by governments (executive, legislative, and judicial), and by legal professions, to the attention of some senior members of the United Nations. A copy of the e-mail I used yesterday (i.e. April 3rd 2012), which contains reference to this particular Kevin Treacy Article, can be viewed at the following Internet location:

If Tracey was suffering from these ailments then why wasn't it raised in court?

I think its more likely that hes a crank who will persecute little boys and assault their mothers.

No rational person would take Traceys ravings seriously.

in the unlikely event that a doctor would certified him as suffering from such ailments (and i'm not convinced CPTSD is a medically recognised condition), it would be hard to advance a case in circumstances where such "ailments" are clearly self inflicted.

on the other hand considering his carry on over the past decade or so its not beyond the realms of possibility that his neighbours are suffering from some form of post traumatic stress in dealing with what appears to be a case of systematic bullying and harassment by him (particularly the episode where he attempted to sue those two young lads).

seriously suing kids for playing football on a road and claiming that they are part of a huge conspiracy to do him down-that really is hitting a new low. i'm still trying to get my head around that one. what a muppet.

Reply to Clarence Darrow at Wed Apr 04, 2012 10:43:

Many people who suffer from C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries are not aware of the fact.

The C-PTSD sufferer will always know that there is something very seriously wrong in their lives because of the very negative feelings they frequently feel; but, without receiving the very skilled, and in certain cases VERY COURAGEOUS, medical help they need -- especially where one or more governments, and one or more legal professions, police forces etcetera, are involved in the core-issue role of being the perpetrators responsible for the C-PTSD injuries in question (as in my own particular case), the C-PTSD sufferer does not have any well-defined name to put on this particular medical condition.

Many of those who suffer from C-PTSD injuries do describe, and/or exhibit, the C-PTSD symptoms they are experiencing to friends, relatives, co-workers and so on; but, the friends, relatives, co-workers, etcetera, don't have a name for this medical condition either.

One of the really frightening things I have learned about undiagnosed C-PTSD is that a number of the serial killers I have read about during the past 10 years or so, which involved long-drawn-out difficulties the killers were having with neighbours, relatives, friends, fellow-students, fellow-workers, police, and/or lawyers etcetera, long before they turned to criminal activities, left me in little doubt that they had informed one or more people about the C-PTSD symptoms they were experiencing, in an effort to try and get help regarding the extremely negative feelings they were feeling: and, that the person or people they informed either did not recognise the C-PTSD condition and its potential dangers, mistook it for something else (deliberately or otherwise), or seriously underestimated it: with the result that several people have died in circumstances which could easily have been avoided.

In my own case (for example), no less than three consultant psychiatrists (which includes Dr Thomas Foster of Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital (Northern Ireland), and HSE Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers (St Bridget's Hospital, Ballinasloe, Republic of Ireland) have claimed -- repeatedly, adamantly, and entirely 100% falsely I believe -- that they could not and/or can not do ANYTHING whatsoever to help me get the professional legal representation I have been desperately in need of since April 2002: which is now 10 years ago.

A common problem for C-PTSD suffers is that they will fantasise about seriously injuring themselves, or even killing themselves and/or their tormentor/s, for the relatively harmless (and indeed useful up to a point) purpose of relieving the depression and/or extreme anger (for example) which are common symptoms of the C-PTSD condition they are suffering from.

However, in some cases the C-PTSD sufferers do eventually act out their fantasies: especially if repeated attempts to get meaningful help from friends, relatives, professional care workers, and so on, keep on failing to produce responsible results: in the eyes of the C-PTSD sufferer.

The worst cases of avoidable C-PTSD social problems (as I see things), and these cases seem to me to be growing in number worldwide at the present time, are where the C-PTSD sufferers decide to -- at least (as they see things from their viewpoint) -- try to achieve some piece of "rough justice" for themselves before finally exiting this often highly obnoxious and unacceptable world (as in "red-rotten with entirely avoidable injustice" of numerous kinds): after, that is, the "legal profession/government justice", and the help of "professional health care workers (including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, therapists, counsellors, social workers, advocates, and all such-like to help provide genuine justice), plus the efforts of clergy, self-help groups, politicians and so on for the purpose of trying to meet the needs of "natural justice" (as opposed to the many very glib forms of "tin-god justice"), have all entirely, and often repeatedly, failed them completely: and which all results in the decision of the C-PTSD suffer to take one very desperate and very final step: which is to kill as many randomly selected strangers as they can find, before killing themselves.

Read The Phoenix, May 2010 issue.

Tracey may have made errors in defending himself but I saw several sets of proceedings and it is no easy thing to defend yourself with a dice loaded heavily against you.

The Phoenix article however stands unrefuted by the courts service despite making them look like something from a 1950s Latin American dictatorship.

Tracey lost and won some, how he won any cases is a wonder. It is easier to defend yourself against a thief than against a liar but the Phoenix in it's sartorial style has printed damming material against the courts service and others and it stands unrefuted., ie it stands as fact.
