Hi !

Despite the wet and cold weather and the best efforts of the political police , this Easter Commemoration went ahead as planned : those attending had assembled at the Garden of Remembrance , as requested, and marched down O'Connell Street to the GPO , where a small stage , lectern , music system and speakers amplification system had been set-up between the third and fourth pillar.
Over a three-hour period , more than two-thousand leaflets were handed out , dozens of copies of the 'Saoirse' monthly newspaper were sold and hundreds of Easter Lily's were distributed.
More info , and a few pics , are available at the 'Related Link' below , where links can be found to videos and dozens of more pics related to this Easter Monday Commemoration.
Thanks,
Sharon.
