The Last Friday Comedy Club will run as a benefit night for Brendan Lillis this month. The night will also feature a benefit draw, with POW art as the main prizes. Please support the event in any way you can:

Free Brendan Lillis Dublin Campaign Benefit Draw – Tickets 2 Euro

Help the campaign to have Brendan released to be with his family!

1st - 3rd prizes: Art and Craft donated by Republican POWs
4th - 5th prizes Other prizes to be confirmed as donated

Draw to take place at Benefit Night on Friday 26th August. Venue: Last Friday Comedy Club @ Seomra Spraoi, 10 Belvedere Court, off Mountjoy Square, doors open 9.00pm.

A mixture of political comedy and Republican music will be provided.

No drinks licence, so bring your own booze! Entrance fee – 5 Euro.

Seomra Spraoi is facilitating this event on humanitarian grounds.

Just to confirm that this benefit night is still on.  Thankfully, we will now be celebrating Brendan's release, and hopefully helping him with the long struggle towards recovery from this terrible ordeal that he now faces.As said above, Ciarán Murphy will be providing the music for the second half of the show.  Here are a couple of links to his music:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L05c68uGQDw&feature=rela...lated
